Manual Cut-off Machine

The Brillant 230 is a wet abrasive cut-off machine with fine dynamic, manual wheel movement for samples up to Ø 110 mm. The spacious cutting chamber allows various clamping options. The solid aluminium design comes with openings on the right and left hand side for cutting continuous long samples. The sliding front door and the side door with safety interlock allows easy and optimal access to the cutter chamber. With the manual cutting movement, the cutting force is regulated through a set of gears. The cut is therefore jerk-free and more precise.

Medium Manual or Automatic Cut-off Machine

The Brillant 250 is a powerful, versatile and reliable wet abrasive cut-off machine for samples up to max. Ø 110 mm. The large cutting chamber enables a wide range of clamping possibilities. For especially long materials, the large and solid aluminium construction is equipped with a side entrance. The unit offers automatic traverse cut and manual cut-off. The Brillant 250 is available in various models to meet a wide range of customer demands. In cases where there are heavy sections and materials which are difficult to cut, the variable pulsed cutting system gives numerous advantages.

 Large Fully Automatic Cut-off Machine

The universal wet abrasive cut-off machine Brillant 270 with automatic travel and cutoff enables exact, soft-touch cutting with 2 axes in arbitrary directions (X/Y-axis). The large number of menu options and control functions contribute to flexible and precise cutting. The large cutting chamber with robust powder-coated aluminium construction is easily accessible through 2 sliding doors. With the use of pulsed cutting, the cut-off wheel can cut through the material easier during the cutting process and be cooled better. The cutting force control prevents overheating of the material. An optional line laser helps to get an exact cut positioning.
