All our technical personnel, both sales and technical support, are trained regularly at supplier's factories to improve their technical knowledge and to keep abreast of the latest technologies in the industry. We also ensure that our technical support personnel have regularly calibrated and quality tools to deliver adequate and factory required services.

- Training and Seminars
Training has to be practical and relevant. ALS hosts regular training and seminars at their Randburg training facilities covering theoretical and practical aspects of customer's instrumentation. We have also hosted successful workshops together with universities and companies at their facilities.

- Practical application workshops
- Software training and analysis
