National Sales Manager
Vacancy Description:
- Provide leadership and focus for sales team in order to create an effective sales force who will achieve and exceed budgeted sales
- Introduce innovative ways of selling new business
- Lead, train and develop talent
- Identify appropriate action plans to ensure the development of your team
- Conduct weekly one on one meetings
- Analyse individual performance ratios
- Prepare relevant action plans to address any under performance in the team
- Manage and forecast sales cycles
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews
- Assist sales staff with preparation of proposals and presentations
- Recruitment and selection of sales team
- Analyse and report on competitor activity

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:
Proven record of 3 to 5 years of experience in leading a professional sales team and sourcing/securing new business
