National Sales Manager

Vacancy Description:

  • Provide leadership and focus for sales team in order to create an effective sales force who will achieve and exceed budgeted sales
  • Introduce innovative ways of selling new business
  • Lead, train and develop talent
  • Identify appropriate action plans to ensure the development of your team
  • Conduct weekly one on one meetings
  • Analyse individual performance ratios
  • Prepare relevant action plans to address any under performance in the team
  • Manage and forecast sales cycles
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews 
  • Assist sales staff with preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Recruitment and selection of sales team
  • Analyse and report on competitor activity

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven record of 3 to 5 years of experience in leading a professional sales team and sourcing/securing new business
